To eat or NOT to eat

Here is the play-by-play of Max's first rice cereal experience...

No explanation is necessary.

Bubba Boy

My little nugget is four months old. Can you believe it?

What Maximus is doing these days:

-Sucking on his fists....A LOT
-Drooling...A LOT
-Eating...he ate rice cereal for the first time tonight. Pictures to follow...it didn't go so well
-Sitting up in his Bumbo
-Laughing, talking, and shrieking
-Playing in his baby "Exersaucer"
-Standing up when you hold his hands
-Almost rolling over...his Mom has been a little delinquent with tummy time...oops.
-He took his first trip to VA and NC (11 hour drive) and was a total champ
-First plane ride to UT and slept through every take off and landing

We just love this kid so much and hate that he's growing up so fast. How is it almost Christmas? We can't wait to make another trip up to VA and NC to see family for the Holidays.

First trip to Utah!

Max took his first plane ride out to Utah. He was great! He slept through every take-off and landing...he loved it! We had a fast weekend out there for Micah's brothers wedding reception and Max got to meet his new cousins, Aunt, and Gran Kinney. We can't wait to go out again!

I have so many memories of going to see my Grandma and Papa Kuta.

We were so lucky to live close to them growing up and I was so excited for Max to meet them.

Fall Sundays

We had a nice Sunday at church followed by a beautiful afternoon outside.

We are loving our visit in VA!

Meeting Great Grandma

My Grandma Bryant and Aunt Barb came over for a visit.

I'm so glad Max finally got to meet them.

We're in Virginia!

After a 10 hour drive we finally made it to VA! Max did great on the drive and even though I had to miss the midnight New Moon showing, driving through the night was worth it!

Moss Rock

We had a great time taking Max on his first hike with our friends Don, Mindi, and Max's girlfriend Corinne.

There was an art festival going on in the nearby development so we walked around all the cool vendors before the hike.

Such a beautiful family!
