A Valued Consumer

Dear Huggies,

I was lured in by your awesome prices and unlimited amounts of coupons. So I bought a JUMBO box of you at Costco.

This has been the scene at my house 10 times this week. Yes, 10 and it's only Thursday. I will be giving you to my friends who like Huggies and never buying you again.

Please don't try to contact me,

Missy

p.s. I will be buying the more expensive and more awesome diapers, Pampers, tomorrow.

Why?

On a different note. Max day two with Preseptal Cellulitis. It looks so much better now that we've been putting drops in. He's on an antibiotic and was a huge hit at the clinic this morning. One of Micah's professors took a picture of him for her lectures. ;)

His duct that drains his tears still hasn't opened and they said he probably needs canalicular probing where they will sedate him and flush it open. Pretty sure I don't like the sound of that.

Let the Changes Begin!

I've always known this and now Micah and Max will too. We got our orders from the Navy and we will be stationed in the Virginia Beach area. This was our first choice because it puts us very close to both sides of our family. We couldn't be happier. Heavenly Father DOES answer our prayers!

Half a Year

So I'm a little late with Max's 6 month post but here it is:

Couldn't you just die...I love this kid!

He is sitting up SO well by himself and he's got the rolling over thing down. Now he just needs to figure out how to get to his toys.

Still no teeth and still a lot of drool!

What he likes to do with Mommy:
Fly in the air, read books, sing, play patty cake, and dance.

What he likes to do with Daddy:
Take showers, eat squash, get tickled, play on Daddy's iPhone, and sleep through Priesthood meetings.

Now I know girls clothes are cute but come on...whale pants and loafers?

At his 6 month check up on Jan. 27th:

Weight: 19 lbs=60th percentile
Height: 27 1/2 in=90th percentile
Head: 17 in=50th percentile

SNOWMAGEDDON!

Okay so it's not even close to what my family and friends have up in Virginia, but 2-4 inches down here is AWESOME!

Max couldn't wait for his first Alabama snow...

And this is what he saw outside our place...

Don't you just love a good snow day. Too bad it didn't start snowing until Micah was about to leave the clinic on his half day. Oh well!

"Mr. Big Stuff...Who do you Think you are?

Mr. Kinney showing off his muscles...

Don't be jealous.

Guess What?

I still drool a lot with no sign of any teeth, but...

Now I can sit up which means...

Bring on the injuries!
